Shipping Method:
     Orders shipped to U.S. addresses (including APO and FPO addresses) are shipped via the U.S.P.S. 

     Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses are always shipped Priority Mail. Due to customers' complaints about ground shipments to these locations taking "too long," we will not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses by Standard Mail, Media Mail, or Book Rate. Your charge will be adjusted to reflect this form of shipping.

Online Shopping Cart Shipping Charges:

    Standard Shipping
    Our Standard Shipping charge is 10% of your order with a $5.00 minimum. This is for shipment via U.S.P.S. "Media Mail." Delivery averages 10-12 Postal working days from when your order is picked up from our warehouse by the Post Office.

     Priority Shipping
     Shipments via U.S.P.S. "Priority Mail." average 3-4 Postal working days from when your order is picked up at our warehouse by the Post Office.

    Please note that the 17% and 20% figures shown for the states below are a maximum Shipping Charge. Should you purchase high-cost, low-weight items, we may be able to adjust your shipping charge downward to reflect a charge closer to actual shipping fees charged by the Postal Service.

    For States in Zones 1-6, your Priority Shipping charge is a maximum of 17% of your order with a $9.95 minimum.  (These states are Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

For States in Zones 7 & 8, your Priority Shipping charge is a maximum of 20% of your order with a $9.95 minimum.  (These states are Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Guam, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania,  Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina,  Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, U.S. Virgin Islands, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Military Orders
     Orders shipped to families with a parent actively serving in the U.S. Armed Forces (Navy, Army, Air Force, Marines, or Coast Guard) receive free Priority Mail shipping on all orders. This includes shopping cart orders as well  as orders placed through the mail or by phone. This applies to orders shipped within the United States and APO/FPO addresses. Thank You for your service!

       Our shopping cart software is fairly simple and your on-line receipt will not show the Free Shipping on military orders. However, once we have received your order, we run the charge by hand and do not charge the shipping.

       Please let us know in the "comments" section of the checkout form that you qualify for the Free Military Shipping and we will be happy to not charge your shipping when we process your order.

Non-U.S. Orders: 

International Order Shipping Method:
     We  will try to select the best choice of shipping method to combine speed with postage cost. Due to their extremely high international charges, we do not ship international orders via United Parcel Service.

     Please note that with the new U.S. postage rates effective May 14, 2007, most of the surface shipping rates have been abolished. This will most likely mean higher postage costs for overseas orders.

International Order Shipping Charges:
     Orders that are shipped outside of the United States are charged actual shipping plus a $2.00 per order handling fee.
