Our Return Policy:

     Although we try to give an accurate description of each item on our web site and in our catalog, we recognize that materials will not always be what you expect. You may return any item within 30 days for a full refund of the price of the item (shipping not refundable) if we receive the item back in salable as new condition. 

     After 30 days, we accept returns if we receive the item back in salable as new condition, but we charge a 10% restocking fee.

     The steps are:

     1) Please have the packing list from your order available and call our customer service at 1-509-843-5009 (between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday) and ask for a "Return Number." This number will help us keep track of your original order and your returned merchandise. The person who takes your call will ask for your original invoice number. 

     2) Wrap and box item securely to avoid damage in transit, and mark the outside of the package with "RETURN" and your Return Number. 

    (Please note that we cannot provide refunds on items that are received in a damaged condition as they are not resalable.  If you ship your return by UPS it is insured automatically for up to $100. If you ship through the Post Office, please insure the package.)

     3) Return the package to: Castlemoyle Books, 694 Main Street, Pomeroy WA 99347. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to process your returns. 

     If you want to order additional materials, we advise that you order separately so that the return processing does not delay your order.
