Cupcakes Galore

Gail Wagman was born and grew up in Washington, D.C. but has lived in France for most of her adult life. She currently lives in the south of France where she opened a restaurant with her husband in a medieval village some 20 years ago. Le Micocoulier became one of the most popular restaurants in the Languedoc-Roussillon, famous for its fusion cooking and its wide variety of homemade desserts, Gail's specialty. She continues to indulge her passion for baking and chocolate while working as a scientific translator and teacher. She is looking forward to introducing the cupcake as a new edible art form in France!
